Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology is required
• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license issued by the state of New York
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a school or similar setting
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of best practices for caseload management and IDEA compliance

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and indirect speech therapy services to high school students
• Manage a dynamic caseload, including conducting assessments and maintaining IEPs
• Track and document progress, collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide case management, ensuring each students needs are met and services are compliant with regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative school community
