Job Description
A contract position is available for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve an elementary school population in Mooresville, NC, for the upcoming school year. This role involves providing speech-language services to approximately 35 students within a 37.5-hour workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech therapy to students across various elementary grade levels.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to monitor progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid North Carolina SLP license.
- Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred, including familiarity with pediatric caseloads.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
