Job Description
A full-time position is available for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school setting located in Mooresville, NC. This contract role will begin as soon as possible and continue through May 28, 2026, providing 37.5 hours per week of service.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy to students
- Conducting evaluations and developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborating with educational staff and families to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with state and district policies
- Utilizing ECATS or similar systems for tracking student goals and progress
Preferred qualifications include:
- Active NC Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- Experience working in school-based settings
- Familiarity with ECATS or equivalent electronic student record systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills
