Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; consideration for Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong references
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology services
• Prior experience in school-based settings highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to create individualized therapy plans and document progress effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, identify student needs, and develop appropriate treatment plans
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students with varied speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students IEP goals
• Maintain detailed documentation, progress notes, and participation in IEP meetings
• Provide consultation and resources to staff to facilitate classroom success
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that empowers students to communicate with confidence
