Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active or pending Alabama Educator SLP Certificate (you may start with verification in processcredentials can be checked via the Alabama Department of Education)
• Alabama ASHA Certification
• Experience in a school environment performing both therapy and evaluations is highly desirable
• Comfortable managing a caseload up to 60 students
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services onsite to a school-based caseload
• Conduct thorough assessments and re-evaluations to guide individualized student plans
• Prepare and maintain documentation in adherence to school and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a positive learning environment
• Address IEP goals and participate in relevant meetings as needed
