Qualifications:

• Current, active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology licensure required
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Strong communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
• Comfortable providing services across different grade levels

Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and progress
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Engage caregivers and staff with strategies to reinforce speech and language goals
• Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development as needed
