Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Monon, IN. This onsite, contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech therapy services within an educational setting, supporting students' communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student needs.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of Indiana.
  • Certification from the Department of Education (DOE) for Indiana.
  • Credentials such as CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred.
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy services a plus, though the role is fully onsite.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
