Job Description

This position offers the chance to work virtually, collaborating with the district and making a difference across two school sites near Monmouth, OR. Flexible scheduling is available, allowing you to choose between a 0.8 or 0.6 FTE assignment depending on your preference.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active Oregon SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Pediatrics and school-based SLP experience highly valued
  • Comfort providing speech therapy via teletherapy platforms
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with school teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to K-12 students on your assigned caseload
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Participate in scheduled meetings and professional development
  • Ensure adherence to school/district procedures, including onboarding and background checks
