Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
  • Prior experience in a school setting or working with children/adolescents highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain detailed documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency evaluations for students across various grade levels
  • Develop and implement customized intervention plans to address IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students progress
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative services, adapting techniques and materials as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support paperwork and compliance requirements
  • Track student progress and provide timely reports and feedback to stakeholders
