Key Qualifications:

  • Active Oregon license as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Background in school-based services preferred
  • Experience providing both evaluations and therapy for students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload and deliver both direct and indirect services effectively

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy sessions for students with varied needs
  • Conduct formal and informal evaluations to assess communication skills
  • Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and licensure requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
