Key Qualifications:
- Active Oregon license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Background in school-based services preferred
- Experience providing both evaluations and therapy for students
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and deliver both direct and indirect services effectively
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy sessions for students with varied needs
- Conduct formal and informal evaluations to assess communication skills
- Develop, implement, and track progress on individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Consult and communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and licensure requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
