Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Oregon SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- CCC-SLP credential preferred
- Previous experience in educational settings is highly valued
- Ability to work in-person and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 50 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student communication and educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records, reports, and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
- Adapt services for a range of age groups (preK-12), depending on assignment
