Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Oregon SLP license (CCC strongly preferred)
  • Previous experience in school settings or working with children/teens, preferred
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with families, educators, and other specialists
  • Commitment to equitable, student-focused service

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 50 students, with assignments from PreK through 12th grade
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver evidence-based speech and language services individually and in groups
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track student progress with accurate and timely documentation
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for communication supports within the school community
