Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school environment. Multiple contract positions are available for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year, serving a diverse range of caseloads across preK-12th grade settings. Youll make a real difference, working full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with caseloads of approximately 50 students. Caseload assignments will be thoughtfully determined based on your unique strengths and preferences.

In this role, youll have the opportunity to foster communication skills and be an integral resource for students, teachers, and families. With several positions open, youll also benefit from a team-focused atmosphere and collaborative professional culture.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Oregon SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • School-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
  • Comfortable working onsite in a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language intervention and assessment within the school environment
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Document student progress and communicate effectively with families
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school community
