Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
• Current or eligible California state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments, including early childhood, elementary, and secondary settings (Pre K, K-5, 6-8, 9-12)
• Familiarity with IEP development and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient, and creative communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments for students in Pre-K through high school
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each students unique needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create supportive learning environments and effective intervention strategies
• Maintain accurate records and provide documentation for case management and progress reporting
• Contribute insights to IEP meetings and support compliance with educational requirements
