Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP license or eligibility
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to create individualized plans and document progress

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Offer direct and consultative speech-language therapy for K-2 students
  • Evaluate students communication skills and determine service needs
  • Develop, implement, and adjust IEPs to support student success
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide holistic support
  • Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
