Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current California SLP License is required
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility
- School-based SLP experience is highly valued
- Strong commitment to fostering communication skills in K-12 students
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student achievement and engagement
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes to support student growth
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy in individual or group settings
