Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility
  • School-based SLP experience is highly valued
  • Strong commitment to fostering communication skills in K-12 students
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student achievement and engagement
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes to support student growth
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy in individual or group settings
