Job Description

In this position, youll deliver specialized speech and language services while also providing supervision to a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Indiana SLP license
  • Department of Education (DOE) certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or ability to supervise an SLPA
  • Passion for working with early childhood or Pre-K populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments and individualized therapy to young learners in an educational setting
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA to ensure high-quality delivery of support services
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
