Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license (Minnesota or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to a dynamic caseload of 20-40 students (setting 4)
- Complete evaluations, write IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Serve one school building with the chance to interact with students at the South, North, Ann Bremer, and West Education Centers
- Support student communication and language development, tailoring interventions for meaningful progress
