Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota (MN) SLP license required.
- Experience working within school settings (elementary, middle, or high) strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and evidence-based speech therapy practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to different age groups and student needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with school teams.
- Deliver direct and consultative services across elementary, middle, and high school populations.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with state and school requirements.
- Engage with parents, caregivers, and teachers to support student success.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices and participate in relevant training as needed.
