Key Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota (MN) Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Familiarity with the academic and social demands of elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within multidisciplinary educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students across various grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) targeting each students specific speech and language needs
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in individual or group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to promote student progress and address challenges
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute valued input to support student success
