Qualifications & Desirable Experience
- Active Minnesota SLP license required
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred
- Ability to work effectively with students in elementary, middle, and high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Flexible, compassionate, and eager to empower diverse learners
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement targeted therapy sessions, both individual and group
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide consultation and resources to staff and parents regarding communication disorders
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices

Compensation for this position ranges from $23.75 to $88.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
