Make a positive impact on students lives by supporting elementary learners with their speech and language development in a dynamic school environment near Minneapolis, MN. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a flexible schedule, with both full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) and part-time options available. The role involves working closely with elementary-aged students, providing individualized and small-group sessions focused on language, articulation, and some fluency intervention.

Ideal candidates will have clinical skills to work independently while collaborating with a supportive educational team. While licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP - CCC or SLP - CFY) are preferred, those holding an SLPA certification are also encouraged to submit their resumes for future consideration.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Hold (or be eligible for) a Minnesota SLP license (CFY and CCC welcome)
• Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
• Skilled in delivering services for language and articulation disorders; familiarity with fluency a plus
• Comfortable working with elementary students in both 1:1 and small group formats
• Excellent communication, documentation, and time management abilities
• SLPA candidates encouraged to apply, although the primary need is for fully certified SLPs

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech/language therapy for assigned students in accordance with their IEPs or service plans
• Assess, screen, and document students progress toward goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Maintain timely and accurate records of services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
