This contract position offers a dynamic schedule of 37.5 hours each week, beginning with maternity leave coverage at a welcoming elementary school. As the assignment progresses past Thanksgiving break, youll lend your expertise throughout various school buildings, supporting students who require compensatory services or filling in for other short-term leaves as needed.

Qualifications:
- Valid MN School SLP License is required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience delivering SLP services in K-12 school settings
- Ability to adapt to new environments and student needs
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, staff, and parents
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and assessment to students with communication needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement IEPs
- Support students initially at a designated elementary site, then transition to other schools as needed
- Deliver compensatory services for students who missed out on therapy due to prior staff leaves
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school requirements
