Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting near North St. Paul, MN, starting at the beginning of the school year on October 30th. This role involves working with a diverse K-12 student caseload and requires a dedicated professional who holds a valid Minnesota SLP license. The position offers 37.5 hours per week and provides an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication and learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students K-12
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional input related to speech and language goals

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License (required)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children within a K-12 caseload
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
