This role welcomes both Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
- Proficiency in pediatric communication disorders, including evaluation and intervention
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Passion to provide quality therapy and facilitate student success
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering thoughtful recommendations and progress updates
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress toward therapy goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to promote positive student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Provide services across a caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students
