Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by providing speech-language support to elementary students for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time, contract-based role calls for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC credentials to deliver on-site services. Your commitment will help shape young learners communication skills and confidence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active licensure and CCC-SLP certification in good standing
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred; strong clinical fellowship experience may be considered
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
  • Flexibility to work across assigned schools as needed

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary-aged students (approx. 45 on caseload)
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and group formats
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of progress, session notes, and reporting requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team collaboration
  • Educate and consult with educators and parents to support carryover of therapy goals in classroom and home environments
  • Uphold district and state guidelines for special education services

This opportunity runs from August 12, 2026, through May 25, 2027, offering a standard workweek of 37.5 hours (7.5 hours per day). Assignments may span multiple campuses, with caseload specifics determined at placement. Candidates may be scheduled for an initial prescreen interviewplease indicate preferred weekday morning or afternoon availability.
