Job Description

Empower young learners by providing essential speech and language support as an Early Intervention Speech Language Pathologist in a full-time, contract position. Youll bring your expertise in pediatric speech therapy to a dynamic school environment near Milford and Junction City, KS, making a difference for children who need early help the most.

Ideal candidates hold a CCC or are completing their CFY, and have a track record of working with pediatric populations. Youll use your specialized skills in assessment, intervention, and teletherapy, collaborating with educators and families to create positive, lasting outcomes for each child.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold (or be eligible for) a current SLP-CCC or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Experience delivering speech-language services in school and/or healthcare settings
  • Proven skill in pediatric evaluation and intervention, including early childhood and school-based services
  • Familiarity or experience with teletherapy platforms and best practices
  • Superb communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to work independently, manage caseloads, and maintain accurate records

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for early intervention and school-aged populations
  • Delivering direct and consultative therapy in-person and via teletherapy as appropriate
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Monitoring progress and adapting interventions as needed
  • Completing required documentation within established timelines
