A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting located in Milford, DE. This on-site role involves providing therapy services, conducting evaluations, and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) within an educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services tailored to student needs
- Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and write IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Attend meetings related to student progress and services
- Collect and document progress monitoring data
- Prepare detailed therapy notes in accordance with district requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Delaware licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (mandatory)
- Prior experience in a school-based SLP role preferred
- Demonstrated ability to conduct evaluations and write IEPs
- Familiarity with Data Service Center and PowerSchool IEP software a plus
- Reliable transportation and availability to work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
- Candidates with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) certification will not be considered for this role
Location and Schedule:
- Position is based in a school setting in Milford, Delaware
- Full-time contract aligned with the 26/27 school year schedule
- Standard school hours, Monday to Friday
