Job Description

From Pre-K and kindergarten to elementary (grades K-5), middle school (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12), your clinical knowledge will play a crucial role in student development and achievement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active state license and SLP certification
  • Experience working in school-based settings
  • Strong background in pediatric and early childhood speech-language therapy
  • Proven ability to support students in Pre-K through high school
  • Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable adapting therapy approaches for diverse age groups and learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students ages 3-18
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans according to IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy in classroom and pull-out settings
  • Contribute expertise to intervention teams and participate in IEP meetings
