Preferred Qualifications:

• Valid state license and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience with all age groups, including Pre-K, Kindergarten, Elementary (K-5), Middle (6-8), and High School (9-12)
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Skilled in record-keeping, progress monitoring, and reporting
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and support staff
• Previous experience in school settings highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate with teachers and staff on intervention strategies
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Document progress and communicate with families regarding student achievements and needs
