Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Virginia
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (SLP-CFY), or strong pediatric experience considered
• Background working within school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive educational environment

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapies tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students IEPs and communication goals
• Monitor and report progress, updating therapy approaches as needed
• Participate in meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities
• Offer guidance and advocacy for students speech-language needs within the school framework
