Step into a dynamic contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist serving elementary through middle school students near Midlothian, VA. This position allows you to choose between onsite or virtual delivery, providing the flexibility to tailor your work environment while making a difference in the lives of students. Manage a caseload of 45 to 50 students, helping them enhance their communication skills and reach their educational goals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Virginia Speech Language Pathologist License
- Specialized experience with pediatric or school-based SLP services
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners across elementary and middle school age groups
- Comfortable with both in-person and virtual service delivery models
- High level of organization to effectively manage a caseload ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track student progress and regularly update IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student outcomes
- Document services provided in compliance with district and legal standards
- Participate in meetings and ongoing professional development
