Qualifications:

  • Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA (ASHA-CCC)
  • Experience or interest in working with early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school students
  • Strong multi-age communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy interventions to a range of student needs and settings
  • Organizational proficiency and dedication to maintaining documentation requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Delivering direct therapy services tailored to each students needs and goals
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and district policies
  • Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth and achievement
