Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Ohio SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to Clinical Fellowssupervision and mentorship available
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse students, families, and school teams
- Adaptable to working across different age groups and educational environments
- Experience in schools is a plus but not required
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Conduct thorough evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy
- Partner with educators, administrators, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary team planning
- Stay current with best practices in therapy through ongoing professional development
