Job Description

What were looking for:

  • Active Delaware SLP License/Certification
  • Strong preference for school-based and elementary experience
  • Demonstrated ability to provide speech-language therapy, perform evaluations, and develop & implement IEP goals
  • Proficiency with progress monitoring and clinical documentation of student data
  • Skilled at collaborating with teachers, related service providers, school staff, and families
  • Comfortable adapting to evolving caseloads as district needs shift
  • Reliable with the ability to work the full scheduled day onsite (no late arrivals or early departures)

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
  • Conduct assessments and actively participate in the development and review of IEPs
  • Track student growth, document progress, and generate timely reports
  • Collaborate and consult with educators, staff, and families to foster student success
  • Support team efforts and contribute expertise wherever additional help is required
