This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to work onsite in a school setting serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role involves providing direct therapy, conducting assessments, and managing the entire caseload with a focus on delivering individualized support to students.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct therapy services to students across K-12 levels
• Conducting formal testing and assessments to identify speech and language needs
• Writing and maintaining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Participating in IEP meetings to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
• Managing a full caseload effectively to support student progress

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Experience working in schools with a K-12 caseload preferred
• Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and IEP development
• Ability to work onsite full time and engage directly with students, families, and school staff
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
