This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers the opportunity to work onsite in a school setting serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role involves providing direct therapy, conducting assessments, and managing the entire caseload with a focus on delivering individualized support to students.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct therapy services to students across K-12 levels
- Conducting formal testing and assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Writing and maintaining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participating in IEP meetings to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
- Managing a full caseload effectively to support student progress
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with CCC certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working in schools with a K-12 caseload preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and IEP development
- Ability to work onsite full time and engage directly with students, families, and school staff
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Location: Onsite in a school setting in Wilmington, DE
