Job Description

  • Ability to engage and motivate high school students

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions tailored to high school-age learners
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support generalization of skills across settings
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely student records
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving
  • Stay current with best practices and maintain licensure requirements
