Key Qualifications:

• Active and valid Maryland SLP license is required.
• Experience in pediatric settings, including school-based caseloads.
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates are welcome.
• Background in teletherapy or healthcare environments a plus.
• Proficiency with a mixed caseload across K-12 grade levels.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with a range of speech, language, and communication challenges.
• Manage a mixed caseload, tailoring interventions to meet individual educational goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff within a welcoming and responsive district.
• Maintain timely and meticulous documentation as required by district and state standards.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams.
• Utilize technology for teletherapy if needed.
