Key Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current IN SLP license
  • DOE Certification
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or readiness to supervise an SLPA
  • Commitment to best practices in early childhood speech and language services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality assessments, therapy, and intervention for Pre-K and Early Childhood students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with education teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards
  • Supervise and mentor an SLPA, ensuring effective and ethical support for students
  • Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and parent communication
  • Foster a supportive, nurturing environment for students communication growth
