This contract position offers a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist the chance to work full time (35 hours per week) with Early Childhood and Pre-K students, making a meaningful impact on their communication development. Youll also have a supervisory role, overseeing and mentoring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to make the strongest possible difference in student growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Indiana SLP license
• CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Indiana Department of Education (DOE) Certification
• Experience or readiness to supervise an SLPA
• A passion for early childhood education and collaborative work

Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Conducting speech, language, communication, and swallowing assessments for Early Childhood and Pre-K students
• Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with educators and families
• Supervising and supporting your assigned SLPA, ensuring quality and growth in therapeutic practices
• Progress monitoring and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Active participation in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Providing direct therapy, consultation, and resources to students, staff, and families
