Working exclusively at Schaumberg Elementary, youll manage a caseload of 5060 students, serving as a vital resource for their speech and language growth. New graduates holding their Clinical Fellowship (CF) are welcome to apply alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP certification preferred; open to Clinical Fellows
• Prior experience in a school environment is ideal
• Comfortable managing a moderate elementary-aged caseload
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
• Must be able to work onsite full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in both individual and group settings
• Monitor progress and document outcomes to help students meet IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student planning
• Maintain thorough, timely records according to policy and best practices
