This onsite opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about making a difference in schools. You'll work a full-time schedule, maximizing your expertise during regular school hours within a supportive environment. Your role will include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.
Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure (required)
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Ability to complete required drug screening and fingerprinting for district compliance
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience valued, but strong clinical SLP backgrounds are welcome
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be available onsite throughout the contract duration
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services onsite in accordance with students IEPs
- Complete assessments, evaluations, and documentation as required by the district
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning for student success
- Deliver services to a varied caseload (specific assignments and age groups determined prior to start date)
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district protocols
