Job Description

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure (required)
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Ability to complete required drug screening and fingerprinting for district compliance
  • Prior school-based or pediatric experience valued, but strong clinical SLP backgrounds are welcome
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be available onsite throughout the contract duration

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services onsite in accordance with students IEPs
  • Complete assessments, evaluations, and documentation as required by the district
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to planning for student success
  • Deliver services to a varied caseload (specific assignments and age groups determined prior to start date)
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district protocols
