Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates welcomed
- Prior experience working with children in educational environments is highly valued
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and interventions

- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences
- Educate and support teachers and family members regarding student needs and progress
