Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for referred students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both individually and in groups
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
• Engage with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor and adjust interventions
• Provide progress updates and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Support school-wide initiatives to foster inclusive learning environments
