Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state licensure (Connecticut)
  • CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
  • Familiarity with IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to provide both in-person and teletherapy services (as needed)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for students PreK-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver direct therapy sessionsindividually and in groups
  • Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
