Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels. In this dynamic role, youll make a meaningful impact by helping young learners develop essential communication skills within a supportive school environment. Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- Enthusiasm to collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Experience working with a diverse student population, including elementary, middle, and high school students (preferred, not required for CFs)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessments, and evaluations to identify students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in one-on-one and group settings
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to integrate speech-language interventions
- Offer support and resources to families, empowering them in their childrens progress
- Stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field
