Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP-CCC credential
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric therapy settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Ability to develop and implement targeted treatment plans for a diverse range of speech and language needs
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing each students communication goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Develop and maintain progress reports, therapy logs, and required compliance documentation
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students academic and social success
• Educate school personnel about best practices and techniques for fostering effective communication in the classroom
