Key Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan SLP license required
  • Open to SLPs with CCC or strong CFY candidates
  • Previous experience working in schools or similar pediatric settings preferred
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across multiple grade levels
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, families, and staff

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to K-12 students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create effective learning strategies
  • Conduct assessments, evaluate student needs, and tailor interventions accordingly
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
