Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Current or eligible licensure as an SLP
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary, middle, and high school-aged students
• Ability to deliver individualized and group therapy sessions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs of students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Deliver therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings, tailored to students academic and social needs
• Maintain documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student development and carry over strategies into the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
