Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for certification
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, staff, and families
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and documentation requirements

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Screening, evaluating, and providing direct therapy to students ages 321
• Collaborating with teachers, special educators, and support staff to maximize student progress
• Maintaining timely and organized records in accordance with school guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student goal development
• Communicating progress and strategies with families to support carryover at home
• Adapting therapy techniques to suit individual needs within the school environment
