Key Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) applicants accepted
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Solid foundation in IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for student success
• Superb communication, time management, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and therapeutic interventions for students across all grade levels (K-12)
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Deliver direct and consultative services tailored to each students needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation aligned with school and regulatory standards
• Communicate progress with families, teachers, and support personnel, fostering an inclusive learning atmosphere
• Attend relevant meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as needed for caseload management
