Job Description

Embark on an engaging contract opportunity providing specialized support to students in an educational setting near Media, PA. This fully onsite, full-time role involves working directly with students as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Physical Therapist (PT) within school environments. Multiple openings are available, giving you the option to make an impact at the elementary, middle (Toby Farms, 6th-8th), or high school level. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through June 10, 2027, offering stability in your career as you enrich student lives.

Requirements & Preferred Experience:

  • Professional background as a SLP or PT with direct school-based experience
  • Demonstrated success in urban educational settings
  • Comfortable working onsite and fully committed to one school location
  • Able to complete all Pennsylvania state clearance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently
  • Access to reliable transportation for daily commute
  • Availability for the full workweek: 35 hours between 7:15AM-4PM
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in diverse, dynamic school communities
  • Flexible mindset with readiness to fulfill responsibilities without schedule accommodations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech-language or physical therapy services to students, tailored to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with school teams, families, and other stakeholders to maximize student progress
  • Maintain documentation and reporting in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Contribute positively to the school environment and actively participate in all onsite activities

District preference is for onsite providers only, as virtual positions are currently filled. Interviews are scheduled via Zoom, streamlining the process for interested applicants.
