A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Medford, OR, supporting students in a school setting within Jackson County. This position requires in-person attendance with no virtual options currently offered and serves a diverse caseload of students kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grades.
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments to identify students communication needs and monitor progress.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation compliant with educational standards.
- Participate in team meetings and engage with families to support student growth.
Qualifications:
- Valid Oregon licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working in educational settings with children from kindergarten to grade 12.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and families.
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and deliver individualized student support.
Location and Schedule:
- Position based in Medford, Oregon within Jackson County.
- Full-time hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- This role involves travel within the Southern Oregon region.
