Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an in-person school-based role near Medford, OR. This position supports students across K-12 settings in developing communication skills that promote academic and social success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Track progress and maintain documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and team planning

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active or eligible Oregon SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (CF candidates considered)
  • School-based experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
