Qualifications and Credentials:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current and valid state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Provide direct therapy services for students ranging from early childhood through school-age
- Monitor student progress, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and confer regularly with faculty and families
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Advocate for each students unique learning needs within the school setting
Job Details:
- Contract position beginning in the upcoming school year
- Full-time schedule, approximately 37.5 hours per week across standard school days
