Qualifications and Credentials:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current and valid state SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Provide direct therapy services for students ranging from early childhood through school-age
• Monitor student progress, maintain accurate and timely documentation, and confer regularly with faculty and families
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Advocate for each students unique learning needs within the school setting

Job Details:

• Contract position beginning in the upcoming school year
• Full-time schedule, approximately 37.5 hours per week across standard school days
• Diverse caseload of approximately 40-45 students in elementary and middle school age groups
