Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Current or pending Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility to practice in the state
• Relevant experience with school-based or pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or actively pursuing Clinical Fellow Year (CFY)
• Solid understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress documentation
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, parents, and colleagues
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
• Provide direct therapy sessions and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate records, contribute to eligibility and review meetings, and ensure compliance
• Educate and support caregivers regarding therapy objectives and home carryover
